What, you can't be serious?! I bet she always had that dimple... If you notice, she was barely pulling back her muscles to make a smile before the "procedure" and after, she was grinning as wide as she possibly could. I have two natural dimples and one of them only shows when I smile from ear to ear. The other is visible with very little effort. This is silly... you shouldn't try to trick people in this way.
