Crazy!!! Why would anyone want to gain when they are already 600 lbs???? Its like a death wish. She's already at risk. And if that man loved her he would want her to be healthy not morbidly obese. If she doesn't want to be thin, thats fine, but be chubby not enormous!!! The children will suffer as well, because mom isn't going to be able to do the things she could if she was taking care of herself right rather than trying to kill herself being fat and unhealthy

@Sallyh342 This is a serious psychiatric and physical disorder combined. Now I know what I am talking about as I have had to battle obesity every day of my life. I use a walker now but not because of obesity. I have serious, painful, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and carpal tunnel syndrome. I have a routine where I swim, walk, stretch, and use gym equipment with a special trainer at the YWCA on a daily basis. This winter I was stuck inside so I exercised at home. :)
