This simple footage of our wisteria blossoms in a windstorm has been a wonderful program to put on our DVD/TV set.
I think the sounds of branches in the wind is calming, setting one up for a good kind of aloneness, perfect for relaxation, meditation, and even focusing for work. I use it when my Mom goes to sleep, and the wind is good for masking annoying sounds.
Recently, musician Paul Adams allowed me to use his "Zen Gardens" from his new flute album "Heavens." I used select phrases from the track, balancing winds and flute.
You can preview most tracks on his albums at http://www.pauladams.org and can buy mp3s at Amazon and other music stores.
I can meditate on God with the lovely sounds of wind and flute. Makes me feel even closer to Him.
