I don't think the radiation is to be much of a concern for California. We dropped two nukes on Japan and the radiation didn't cause any noticeable deaths in California. My roommates father is a nuclear engineer and knows literally everything about nuclear powerplants. He says that there's nothing to worry about.

The true reality is that there has been Plutonium, Uranium, Cesium, Iodine 131 and a host of other isotopes in our environment and food since WWII and that the increase in cancer worldwide is obvious. Why is everyone up in arms now when this great experiment has been going on for 7 decades and you barely heard a peep? It's quite simple how to get rid of these problems before they escalate further.
