With all the wires dangling outside the balcony, one would likely die from electrocution than from hitting the ground or a moving vehicle had one jumped. hihihi

That's a ridiculous price - no local would touch this price. If you expect an expat to pay this price in this global downturn - you're out of luck. Vietnam is not immune to the global downturn. Look at Dubai. Say bye bye expat. And nowhere in the video do i see the interior of the place.

What the hell are you so upset about? First of all this was posted 3 yrs ago. I don't know what the rents are like now. Second, this is NOT a fricking an adver! I don't own this place, I rented it for several months. If you think it's pricey, there are plenty other ones. Also, there's another video w. the interior. Check before u comment.

This one is $700/month which is mid-price in district 3. They're more expensive in district 1 and 3. You can actually rent a whole house for > $1000, in other districts.
