Three months earlier on December 7th, 1974 it entered Billboard's Hot Top 100 chart; eventually it peaked at #9 and spent 21 weeks on the Top 100...

Between 1970 and 1975 the group had five Top 100 records; with two making the Top 10 and "Green-Eyed Lady" being their biggest hit, it reached #3 on the Top 100...
