  • This should be a standard, not a competitive advantage. It is so sad when customers have to deal with employees who are angry with their boss, job, life. It also really irritates me when the CSRs mis-hear you (account #, etc) and then tell you that you're WRONG. It doesn't matter if the customer read you a fortune cookie, you don't condescend them.
