This is just a short video that I took during the Boston, MA rally against the dictator Hugo Chavez. Thousands of people in hundreds of cities across the globe joined today September 4th to protest the biggest threat to Latin America in the last 50 years. NO MAS CHAVEZ!

  • you can only make changes internally, these protests don't mean anything. It's like if the Russians started protesting for the American Healthcare system, shit's meaningless. You can only enact change through petitions, vote, protests etc but it must be done at a local, internal level. Los cambios solo vienen cuando la gente se organiza internamente, estas payasadas valen verga y no cambian nada. Es como si Rusia protestara contra el sistema educacional gringo.

  • @tehkoalainsurgency I agree that a big push has to be internal, but changes also come from outside awareness and actions... its like saying that we shouldnt do anything or talk about the Rwandan genocide because we dont live there... or that countries shouldnt have a foreign policy because their leaders dont live in those other countries... plus Chavez is not only affecting the Venezuelan people, but all of the continent with his belligerence, ignorance, and disastrous economic policies.

  • very effective rally you had there 30 people in Boston protesting a leader of country you're not a citizen of.

  • Its was actually a world-wide protest...In more than 100 cities.... and who cares if I'm not a citizen of Venezuela? I'm concerned that psychopaths like Chavez will ruin a beautiful continent... I'm sorry that you were sitting on your couch jerking off to Chomsky's erroneous and ludicrous social and economic theories.

  • Chavez isn't a dictator, you have misleading text in your video description.

    Viva Chavez.

  • no mas us imperialism !! cobarde

  • Irony

  • todo culpa del maricón de chavez, por culpa de él ahora venezuela es pobre, hay secuestradores, asesinos por todas partes... además regalo toda la riqueza de mi pueblo, you already know how is the life in venezuela

  • @guilty121 yes I see your point. Something must be done internally, like you said a big push. And it would be even better if there were no outside influences, it must be an organic local change. I'm all for a revolution against any type of controlling hand, as long as the majority of the people rally behind the movement. Take care my friend.

  • @guilty121 eres un pendejo

  • Fools like 'ugo come and go - he'll run his country into the ground and disappear as a footnote in history ... and venezuela will once again extend 'an open hand' to the west ... until the next one comes along.

  • Hugo Chavez...just another idiotic, loud mouthed, bloated socialist who oppresses his own people and who is trying to rule forever. We've seen it all before (e.g. Castro, Mao, Kim Jong Il, Robert Mugabe, Stalin, Hitler). Sure, he has is "useful idiots" in the West, but they will always be few in number, and be restricted to jobs in local councils and in unions.
