What the hell is this? I really fail to see how you can respecfuly call yourself an instructor. Being one myself, I could write a book on everything you did wrong. Please tell me that since you posted this video in 2007 something has managed to change for the better? Preferably something related to your dance ability? Because it's bad. It scares me how many injuries you're risking for those girls. My suggestion: take a master class and make notes of things the instructor points out. It will help

sometimes, little kids shoes have ribbons to make them feel more like ballerinas

Um no ribbons are not just for pointe
I have to werar ribbons on my soft slippers because they look very professional
and look around at professional schools they have them
