He/she never said it was in England and you can't deny the Anglo influence (i.e. the language, Georgian architecture, etc). Ireland is what it is and part of it's beauty is its history and how the people have preserved their Irishness through it all.

It is refressing to see life and health in the city. it is sad that some had to comment on dog shit, guiness puke and junkies. And, as it happens here in Australia too, I dare say the worst was not going to be reflected in a video of this nature. I just pray that such wounds are treated, and that this film brings hope and motivates everyone who watches it to reach out to the junkies, the drunks and the dog owners. And those who own bikes.
