my dad owns a place where people pay bills. well, i was at the register one day working. someone came in and had to pay a $45 phone bill. and gave me pennies and dimes. i said, "DAD! Come here, please!"

The U.S. Post Office will not accept Presidential dollars for a money order even though their website clearly states Money orders must be paid for in one of these ways: A.In U.S. Currency and coin in any amount. Check it out on my youtube page I video taped the whole ordeal.
