bench press 135# 10 reps, 225# 2 reps, preacher curls 90 # 4 or 5 reps, freeweight preacher curls 95# 8 reps. Short flex routine.

  • More back and legs will help you grow. Bigger muscles increase testosterone. Not to mention well roundedness. It seems like too many people think a bench press and bicep curl is all you need

  • I saw your first vid and thought, wow...great body tonage. Now see an up-to-date and notice a huge difference. I totally understand the soreness part.

  • Great video of how NOT to work out. Form is horrible, you are headed for a serious case of tendinois in your elbows and shoulders. Ditch your "coach" which seems to be a well-meaning, but a totally clueless daddy. Your pecs should never hurt when you're doing a preacher exercise. The point is to isolate your biceps. If your pecs hurt you are too far forward. Also the preacher height is too high, your elbows should be supported at all times and don't hyperextend!
