This is horrible it makes mexicans look unexperted. but it is in a southern state that doesnt have fame for its horsemanship, There are great horseman in northern states and in durango, zacatecas, jalisco, michoacan, and aguascalientes.

thank u world horse welfare for all the wonderful work u are doing!!!! such a sad thing to see that horse the old man has..and he was trying to make us think he cared for it but petting it ...yet the horse was starving to death and had horrible sores...sigh...i know it is probably his only means of transport...but obviously not the first thing on his list of priorities of care ...what a shame..

i was down in mexico a few weeks ago i felt so bad for there horses they were very thin and you could see there bones sticking out. it's a good thing that there are people out there trying to help.

Horses are wonderful loyal animals that will walk through fire just to meet their owner's needs. However, if we expect them to treat us fairly we must strive to care for them as much as possible. We sometimes lose patience with our animals but we have to learn to understand their feelings and weaknessess in order to make them live and work stronger.
