H.R. 1388 & H.R. 875: Unconstitutional legislation at its best

This is a video I made as a sort of expose about the truth of H.R. 1388 AND H.R. 875. These are ome of the most injust and unconstitutional pieces of legislation to ever be proposed. H.R. 1388 and H.R. 1388 H. Amendment 49 are in direct violation of the U.S Constitution, amendments 1 and 13 section a.

U.S Constitution Amendment 1
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

U.S. Constitution Amendment 13
Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Furthermore, this is not an example of Socialism, but is a classic example of Fascism, where corporations are using government's might to curtail freedoms and increase their profits.

Yeah that's a very good point, unless the government takes control of these big corporation, then it would be more of a socialist/communist state wherein everything is owned and operated by the gov. in the name of "the people". Either way it's not good lol

Nice video, but your description for HR875 is almost completely wrong. It will not nationalize or give government control of our food, but it will give big corporations control of our food. There are about 5 corporations that control 70% of food supply in USA right now. HR875 will allow them to increase their share at the expense of small farmers.

If that's the way it works then in the end it will end up under government control, since pretty soon every corporation will be government run, like the auto and banking inudstry have become now.

Government control over food will lead to food rationing. This is the Leftist's goal. Look at Agenda 21. A Neo-Communist utopia where government controls our housing, rations our energy (coming soon via the "smart grid"), rations our food, and controls where we go. Its all being implemented now by both local and federal government. All Liberals/Leftist back it and each individual implementation.

At a church this past Sat the goal was 200 small children to be swabbed (dna), fingerprinted, photo taken, video of child & said the info would be deleted from database once recv'd by parents.

And your comment that government allows Free thinking made me laugh. Government has always been made to stifle free thinking, not enable it. Hence the reason that the socialist in office now are dismissing all it's dissenters and calling us "raciss" even though it's clear to see we're not.

You find little fault, I find huge fault in leaving my Freedom in the hands of other people. I prefer to secure my own future instead of depending on other people.
