Very nice video once again. This is interesting how it looks like even a callow worker is willing to escort the queen when she herself is vulnerable.
At least i think that is a callow... Toward the end of the vid
I hear those bite from those ants are painful.

Yes, they are: they have very sharp jaw ends, and know how to use them. They bite, cause a little wound, then flip their abdomen over their head and spray formic acid in the wound like that. They are also very aggressive: when I put my hand on the colony I have right now, within half a minute there are tens of ants on my arm, biting, and dropping anal fluid to mark their newly won territory, and the fastest will be on my head by that time.

What beautiful ants. Honestly, I have never seen a green ant in my life. Thank you for posting this. I have some thing new to read about. ^_^ But I do have a question, if you would be so kind as to answer. Where are green ants usually found?

do u keep them in aantfarm this thats big or were you photographig and stuf or just studying them in tghe wild
