Skeletal Dragons in Skyrim?

You never know what to expect in Skyrim..
This might be a bug, but I don't know. I was suddenly attacked by this wretched dragon as I was talking to my new wife whom I met during one of my infamous drunk trips across Skyrim. Needless to say, I had to divorce her. With an axe.
And no, this is not the Skeletal Dragon from the Labyrinthian. I did not spawn it in any way. This is an actual skeletal dragon, a real dragon that you can absorb the soul of.

its not a bug there should be five or six skeletal on the map not including the one in the labrinthian

It is no bug, if Alduin start reviving a dragon u can hit the dragon before he rises so he wont fully revive, and will b skeletal!

That's cool! lol. I was trying to fight a dragon the other day that flew backwards and kept glitching and getting stuck in trees and couldnt find me. I was chasing the damn thing for 15 minutes until i just gave up and carried on with my objective. xD

@0808amanda That's because of the new patch Bethesda released. They fixed some bugs, but also introduced some. That is one of them.
