@pokedorks lol let me inform you (your gonna feel like a dumbass) this is old hp rofl before jagex messed with hp changeing it so if you had 20 hp u now have 200 and if you hit a 98 now you would hit a 980 gf noob

no there effect takes 20% of the monsters HP the monsters im fighting have high HP so its easy to hit high
