Assuming you put the LED on your right, I suppose you have to fix a wide TDE first. The central hill is less difficult to fix. However, a hard lap will help you to eliminate the dog biscuit appearance. Good. luck.

@grad2616 sure did. It took forever to get the TDE out. The bulge came and went. I have shelved it all in order to finish the scope, (and rebuild the shed and wood shop). I hae maybe 2 more hours of work to get it acceptable. The dog-biscuit is long gone now.
