well for the record...those cueball without the spots are lighter and the spin they get are easier and more "sudden" you could say..so its easier to force follow onto the cushion....non compare to the brand new with the "spots"....anyway nice stroke Mika :)
@WillieDines1 i hear you, man, really. most marketing of anything is bullshit...however, i met mika in march, & my first question was about his switch from moori to kamui. he immediately said that the difference was obvious & would be to an amateur as well.
@tomppa10x i had the the chance to meet mika at one of my local poolhalls here in montreal just this past march. he used to play with moori tips, but switched to kamui black mediums (which is m). i asked him if even a top pro like himself could actually notice the difference... before i even finished the question, he said something like, "i don't know how they did it, but it's incredible." i just got one today along with a new break cue, gonna have it installed on my main playing cue soon.
It doesn't matter what brand of cue tip a shooter uses on their cue stick, because any player who can shoot good and work the cueball easily enough, can make shots like that very easily, even with an Elkmaster cue tip.
I'm not a top pro yet and even I can easily make shots like, especially on tables with brand new simonis 860 cloth and a new rack of Aramith balls.
As much as this may look impressive, it's not and I'm just telling it like it is.
@saintssyndicate Haha, it is. You can hear it when he chalks. Kamui's chalk is a paste and makes no noise. Plus, he chalks before each shot. Kamui chalk you're not suppose to have to chalk for 50-60 shots. Remember people, chalk will not help your bad stroke no matter how much it cost. Practicing your stroke everyday will stop your miscues ;0)
You give Mika a piece of chalk you buy from Sports Chalet and he'll do the same. As much as chalk can help, it's never going to help your actual stroke in the game, if you know what I mean.
Showoff! hah!
