@telamon2011 ...STOP! What does it matter to you or anyone..why does she have to answer for her appearance..it does not change her voice..clearly hasn't!! She may have health issues, some meds put weight on even if you watch diet . some issues prevent from getting needed exercise like RA, etc...Just cause she's smiling and singing doesn't mean her life incl health is all Roses!!..Stop judging and give Prayer of thanks you've been able to maintain your "physical" appearance...

@RTT8001 .A cow?..You are a PIG!! She can have "Health" issues that can hinder exercise, any weight loss, increase weight i.e. meds, inability to exercise much. I'm her age too, once very slim, athletic & danced but health declined & w/meds like Prednisone, Chemo Drugs i.e. Methotrexate; Lyrica +_RA can't exercise much now, I gained too. Say Prayer of Thanks for your good health so you can be "buffed" . Remember what I've said when your words come back to bite you, it will. Shameful!

@BigTimeHomo ...OMG..You said this perfectly...I too have gained weight sadly not only age and health...but the memories that come with this song and other awesome Disco songs are so sweet, fun and bring a smile to my face, remembering yes those Thin Slim Trim days from dancing all the time, dressing up every Fri & Sat Nights in those infamous "Polyester" Dresses and Jumpsuits and we looked like ladies and Gents...even if the guys had their shirts 1/2 open & Gold hanging down..:))

Guess what? I've gained a few pounds since I first danced to this song but I close my eyes and we're all young and I can dance in my mind with people that were taken from far too early.

I mean really, great singer, great person, but did she have to let herself turn into a large cow. I'm her age and I am in better shape than when I was 17, watch my diet, I'm buffed, work out harder with weights than kids 30 years younger than me. Just because you get older it is no excuse to turn into a fat pig; the age thing a a false cop out. Come on France.

I just wish someone could answer this question for me. I am not even in show business, yet I was determined to not stay overweight when I was young. I worked painfully hard to take off the weight and to keep it off, and now that I am 50, I can proudly say that I am still thin at a point in life where so many other people who WERE thin are now overweight. What happened in France's life in order for her to get like this? She is not just chunky, she is morbidly obese. A shame, really.
