450 PRO IS WAY BETTER

i have the b400 and trex 450 like yours, the trex is better by far but for someone getting started the blade 400 flys alot better if you are still starting out, of course there are much things you need to do to upgrade the blade 400 before it will fly great, its good right out of the box but i had issues with servos so hitecs went in, it now has metal head and tail digital tail servo and better gyro and all carbon outfit, i supose its all to do with what you throw in your heli that counts most

@trexinvert You are right. You can easily tame a TRex and all of these clones by lowering the head speed. They are probably the best and you pay for it. That is all.

You should sell the blade to a newbie, and "de-tune" the trex 450. You don't have to settle for the stock "hot" set-up for the pro. You can make the trex feel like the blade400. If you just lower the head speed even just 100-200 rpms will result in less crash damage. I recommend using 11 or 12 T pinion for head speeds at 2300-2500. You can always bring pro back up to monster headspeed for hard 3d's. Stay safe keep simmin.

The blade 400 and axe 400 is probably the best RTF for newbie's who just want to get up and hover right away. If I had to do it over again, that's what I'd do. I wasted money on the helimax axe and venom nightranger 3dxl. Then if you're hooked on heli it's time to go align for the real deal. Except, you gotta take your time study before building the trex kit, and also learning absolutely about tx setup and programming. Trex is robust. Crash it. Fix it. Fly's like new.
The 450 pro is a way better made heli
