@Littlewing1977 Our voting system is a form of a democracy. Not a true democracy. We have what's called a representative democracy. We don;t spread our republic when we conquer a country. We spread democracy. We let the country dictate it's own laws. If we we're still a republic then we would be like the Romans. And every country that we conquer would have an American prefect that dictates our rule of law on they're land.
