@edavismookie25 The only reason no ones ever shot a cop in Detroit is due to the relationship a number of them have with Detroits hoods homeboy.... So many gangs that came from chicago to Detroit are actually way more respected than the muthafuckas in Chi-Town... Im not really proud of living in a fucked up city like Detroit but shit.. @USMCFUCKYEA man there are a few big gangs but detroit is so different cuz there are so many tiny gangs dat only have like 20 people in it. i know da "best friends gang" " da charles brothers gang" " family inc." there are alot of unknown branches of bigger gangs dat do there own thing.

Chicago has industry, infrastructure, and some pretty decent neighborhoods. Detroit lacks all of this and so in large numbers people turn to violence. That is what makes Detroit so bad. Limited opportunities. That is the difference between Detroit and the Chi.

@biboy690 Oh, and by the way. The City of Chicago has the Largest Single Jail Site in Nation Housing over 10,000 Inmates. That is more than both the California and New York prison system. Does the city of Detroit have anything to compare to that? A few days ago in the Roseland neighborhood a teenager was shot 22 times in broad daylight not far from where he lived and his mother watched in horror. Not to long after that in the same neighborhood a police officer was stabbed repeatedly. I am not

@biboy690 that of bigger cities like Los Angeles and New York. Even the former NYPD police commissioner Raymond Kelly turned down becoming the Chicago police superintendent. And the current police superintendent Jodie Weiss came under fire while on camera in the middle of the ghetto. The highest ranking chicago cop, his body guards, and the camera crew all came under fire in broad daylight. When has this every happened in Detroit. That is why the mayor of Chicago doesn't go into certain hoods.

In the middle of a crime scene where there was not less than 40 cops a handful of brazen gangbangers shot it out with fourty police officers while on camera. When has this ever happened in Detroit? Chicago is a city of close to 4 million people and averages within the last few years over 600 murders far exceeding
