  • this person does not know what they are talking about.. and has not done enough research

  • @UnionStatesHeritage

    Ok, you're officially stupid. Byeeee!

  • @SovereignStatesman Well Luv, since our Constitution actually forbids individual states from acting like sovereign nations (coining money, waging war, forming alliances, etc) you most definitely ARE...done.

  • @UnionStatesHeritage

Yeah nice try. Jefferson said in 1776 and 1797 and every day in between, that each state was a sovereign nation unto itself. So shove it.

  • @UnionStatesHeritage 'SHOW ME THE CLAUSE IN THE US CONSTITUTION GRANTING THE SPECIFIC RIGHT OF SECESSION, TO INDIVIDUAL STATES."

You're confused. The states are sovereign nations, and sovereign nations already HAVE that right.

  • @UnionStatesHeritage Since you don't deny the national sovereignty of each state, we're done here.

  • @SovereignStatesman Funny you should mention Cuba. HEHE, you do know that once the CSA successfully split from the Union their leaders were plotting the annexation of Cuba, Mexico, and Central America? Effectively forming an empire whose cornerstone would rest on the principle of African slavery.

  • @SovereignStatesman SHOW ME THE CLAUSE IN THE US CONSTITUTION GRANTING THE SPECIFIC RIGHT OF SECESSION, TO INDIVIDUAL STATES.

Without that, you've got nothing. It was matter up for debate, and the American people ruled against it, when the overwhelming majority CHOSE to support the Union during the Civil War.

  • @SovereignStatesman LOL...well, Founder Thomas Jefferson warned the nation before his death, that "slavery would be the rock upon which the Union would split", so there goes that ridiculous, and chronologically impossible argument.

  • @UnionStatesHeritage

Yeah well same with Cubans and we didn't conquer them.

Geez it's a amazing how asinine-ignorant you Yankee trash are... and I'm from Connecticut!
