Test Drive Unlimited 2 (TDU2) Hawaii 1 Cup - Dangerous Descent Timed Trial

The B3 timed race in the Hawaii 1 Cup must be one of the hardest races in the game.

I tried two other cars before finally switching to, and winning with, the Mercedes Benz ML 63 AMG.

The important thing about this race is momentum. Try to keep your car going in a straight line to the next checkpoint, instead of following the curvy road. Don't be afraid to use your brakes as drifting can delay you.

OK, I know I gave you a hard time on the A1 video, but I agree with the approach on this one (like my opinion really matters). If others are still struggling, you can pick up quite a bit of time around the 1:35 mark on this video. When you go from the paved surface back to offroad, if you go more straight ahead, you can go up that small grass hill between the trees flat out and rejoin the road further on. Saves having to brake to make that right/left chicane and keeps your momentum up.

@gOdLeSsInFiDeL So maybe the A1 vid was aimed at other bad drivers like me, not superstar gamers like you who know everything. :P I stopped caring about the internet's opinions a long time ago so it's fine. ;)

@trinitydivine09 cause u put it on tdu2 twitter so i watched it to see whats going on but well.. well done ;) i just wanted to add that all the races in tdu2 are pretty easy. if u do something wrong just remember where it was an try it again. u wont need more than 3 trys.

@CmdKeen22486 Heh I didn't even realize I had my Twitter account linked to this one and it posted the tweet automatically. The only reason I uploaded this video was because I had trouble with the race and I thought it would help someone else. I find that people mostly upload their vids here to brag. That wasn't very helpful for me when I was searching for hints and/or pointers on how to win the race.

I done it on my second try in a Spyker upgraded twice if anyone is struggling I would sugest it to them

@Reparo96 you can't, I was trying to do the Hawaii one first and didn't worked. I was forced to do the Ibiza Cup first :)
