Mark Hughes at City was like Hodgson at Liverpool. The two are better off with teams that don't have the big reputation & expectations or in City's case, money. Mark Hughes is a good manager like Hodgson with more mid-table clubs such as West Brom or Blackburn.

Ya you are right about that angels but you seem to forget that Ireland had prob. the best team in Europe under the so called Great Jack. McCarthy would more than not have done the same with that team as Charlton. Keane we all know was one of the best ever and like I said highlighted all the bs in the Irish camp but no Irishman should refuses to play for his country in my view. Take what you want from that, and if you do your homework you will find out that Keane did have problems with jack too.

@Saoirsethirtytwo You seem to forget that Keano played his heart out for Ireland for years under the great Jack Charlton with no problems. Big Jack was his own man & he didn't cower to the pathetic FAI. McCarthy was the total opposite & Keano just highlighted that weakness. I've nothing but respect & admiration for Roy Keane as a player, an Irishman & a true professional.

Keano is 100% right. Have nothing to do with them. I love Sparky, a Utd legend. Why he even considered the City job is beyond comprehension. Keano wears his heart on his sleeve & he said what we all thought. Sparky we love you, but that was a dumb move.
