Sorry buddy td5's never came with anti stall
-
Very clever system, except for when a wheel slip causes the traction control to brake a wheel, stalling the engine instantly. Maybe the later models are better, but honestly, I can't believe how LR would allow the two systems to be so incompatible and even work against each other like that. The inability to switch TC on/off actually works against them being a genuine all conditions off roader in my opinion.

ALSO, to prove to all you auto tards. It rolls as soon as it is started, therfore it is not auto as autos dont start when drive is selected, however a manual in low range with gear selected will move instantly.

God your all retards. Its called Low range and a fantastic torque range, learn your fuckign trucks before you start going on about it being an auto. GO get back in your audi TT's
-
??? anti stall, its called torque. I dare say it, but my jeep does that.

cut the sound and carry a fuel can with you next time!

I'm from Australia, there are no factory defenders in aus as far as im aware

Defender in 2003 td5 Diesel was available from the factory with ZF auto.
A friend of mine who is a farmer still has it in service today.
Many other years came with them too (optional).
So the statement NONE were made with auto's was a little silly lol

@jeep4jeep The 50th anniversary was the only defender to have the auto box, which was a rare model and not many in production
do you always take your landrover for a walk like that???
