# 109 - *Soft Spoken* Ancient Egyptian Massage Relaxation

Hey guys :)

This is the first in a new series of "Time Travel" relaxation videos I'm planning to produce. Each video will be based on a specific time period, location or events in the past or future, sometimes based on historical facts or sometimes fiction.

In this video, you will experience what it feels like to be an Egyptian pharaoh, the glorious ruler of Ancient Egypt. You will be guided into a relaxed state through various visualisations based on real Egyptian therapies and remedies used back in ancient times.

We will start our journey in the vast deserts of ancient Egypt. You will find your way to your palace, explore ancient paintings on your golden walls, experience a feast watching an Egyptian dancer, bathe in milk and honey while receiving a neck and shoulder massage, finally ending the session hoping to fall asleep while receiving a full back massage using ancient aromatherapy oils.

The main purpose of the visualisation is to make you feel in a totally different era, by describing the surroundings, structures, related objects and customs of the time and it's people. Hope this will relax you by letting you escape the realities of your life and let you experience a unique kind of relaxation as you fall asleep feeling calm, peaceful and reborn.

Some of you requested background music on my relaxation videos, so I wanted to enhance your time travel experience by using Ancient Egyptian Meditation music.
