  • @woofman81 Do you have a M.S. in Exercise Physiology? BC I do.. Posted my picture.. Buddy.. Fage isnt organic which means it has hormones added to it such as estrogen.. Fats halt your insulin production.. Simple carbs are great post workout since they attach to the insulin bringing protein inside the cell.. Complex are great pre-wo for extended energy levels.. All together its a mess... Just facts..
