Everyother day I do a cowash with VO5 conditioner-usually a moisture milk one, I rinse that and then I condtion with Pantene Hydra Curls and put a shower cap on while I shower. I rinse that out with cool water and put on a somewhere between a dime and nickle size of paul mitchel the conditioner, I pump three sprays of s curl in my hand a rub that through, rub through a nickel size of my own oil mixture and put on the fantasia IC gel. Because my hair is so thick and its grown I use more product.
