A Piano solo from "Then you look at me" from the movie Bicentennial man. Composed by the great James Horner! This soundtrack belongs to one of my favorites of him. The soundtrack contains a lot of great pieces. And i really like this title song of Celine Dion too. When i first obtained the sheets of this piece. I though it sounds a little bit different than the original. And i didn't play it well. But then i read this under the first page: * original key: B major. This edition has been transposed down one half-step to be more playable.
So i took my notation software and put all the notes in Finale and transposed it to the original key. And after playing it then. I was MUCH more motivated to learn it. So here it is. I also will give a link of the sheets I play overhere:

2009 seems to be a good year after all for James Horner fans=D After the great score of the boy in striped pyjamas (at least in my opinion) we got regaled with the incredible score of AVATAR!!! I watched the movie a few days ago in 3D and it ROCKS! I buyed the soundtrack in store a few days before i went to the movie. Because i decided to see the movie first. Sometimes i switched it, but not this time. I only listened once to the soundtrack, and i liked it immediately! And i am sure it will be better and better each time i listen to it! I really advice you to check that score out;)
Merry Christmass and a happy new year!

  • Very beautifully played...considering the fact that it is difficult to make such a complicated song sound so well in the piano! I am so amazed! It is so beautiful! I love the way that you play the introduction!
