@DixieNormas07 Even if it's true, one can attribute it to genetics that most people don't have. Or you gotta wonder how many supplements this person's on. And if the vegan diet is THE diet, then why do they have to take so many supplements to get by without deficiencies and osteoporosis? If someone wants to be vegan, power to them, but don't try to force it on me and be a dick aboot it! And yes, I buy free range and I prefer animals that get a happy life before they're harvested.
