I just read the quote at the beggining of this video in the new Dan John book. Wishey washey people with no integrity become a problem when they make up the majority of our society. There needs to be a paradigm shift in the adults attitudes in this culture as well as their parenting. We need good, hard working , honest people who don't take shit and have some balls

I'm a little upset with myself for leaving out the first part of the quote, which goes, "you are neither HOT nor COLD...."

I like the videos Elliot.I think your a hell of a strength coach and motivator. But you lose alot of people with scripture quotes. Most of us arent christians and dont need to refer to a higher power at all. All the shit life throws at you is more than enough motivation to kick some serious ass in the gym.

@chorz - that's cool. #1. I don't give a shit about "losing a lot of people", and if you actually listen to what I say then you'd know this already #2. I don't consider myself a Christian but I know truth and a bad ass quote hear it... no matter what scripture it comes from.

You don't have to be a Christian to appreciate a good, relevant quote. What are people saying? I don't consider myself a Christian, and I'm not offended by the quote, why would I be? It's like quoting any other damn text you're supposed to say where it comes from. I don't understand these lukewarm closeminded sheeple. Time to spit them out.

@67bml I had to search up paradigm it sounded like a word that my vocabulary could use. I had to read its' definition ten times to on two different websites to fully understand its' meaning. I totally agree with what you say by the way. I have no clue how the eastern hemisphere's population attitude is but I know that a great deal of the western world has a spoiled mindset. Even my own parents have this mindset. It's hard to come across a genuine person now days.
