the charge partition @ :50 further shows why Muteki's Guile is king. that LK has to be done while the joystick axis is centered, yet he fired off another Sonic Boom afterwards.

Yeah, I'm not very good at combos etc. but I can do a standing short to flash kick with a little practice. Pulling it off in a close match however...

@chargeNkill Hmm ya I can actually, and I'm sure anyone else who's average at this game can do that. It's really easy ChargeNKill, and stop assuming falsly, your making yourself look bad. i.e. Pick Ryu then do a low roundhouse and when it hits IMMEDIATELY do a haduken. It's the same principle as guiles standing small kick into sonic boom, or crouched strong punch into sonic boom, OR standing fierce into sonic boom

@chargeNkill Urm you just hold backwards, tap the small kick which is like A on the xbox and he does that forward kick. You can charge while doing that, it's one of guiles tricks, you don't need to be a super pro to do that -.-

There is no charge partitoning in ST.

There is no charge partitioning in ST. He was already charged with a boom, then he nuetral short kicked and canceled it into boom. Once you have a charge you have a few frames where you can still release it even if you move the joystick. It's the same reason you can cancel into double somersault from nuetral fierce.
