A tribute to the beautiful Angel, Katelyn Salmont. With her boundless energy and constant vibrant smile, which lit up any room she walked into. Katelyn leaves a legacy and she is simply forever in our hearts. With her caring ways, her enormous love for animals and not ever letting her sickness get her down.. anyone was lucky to know her. So to all that knew her, knew of her and/or were touched by her, this is a special tribute to Katelyn. RIP Katelyn Salmont 7th September 1986 - 25th December 2008 You live on through us, you'll always be remembered...

  • I was in fifth grade I was in the hospital and Katelyn was my roommate, I remember her introducing me to Mackenzie, I still have the piece of paper I had Mackenzie sign. Katelyn was a few years older than I, but I have always remembered her, just today she was in the back of my head for some reason. I always wondered how she was doing now, and although it awhile later, I now know she passed away. She was a lovely girl and left an impression on my heart 9 years ago as my roommate for 4 days.

  • @MultiBubblegum1234 wow, that means a lot. =) Katelyn seems to of had that impression on a lot of people. I'm glad you remember her that way.

  • i have cystic fibrosis, im 16, i was diagnosed at 18 months, and even though not all diagnosis' and strands are as bad as others, it can still be hard, but by looking at this i can tell Katelyn lived everyday to the fullest.

  • @ashleymarielane2012 I'm sorry to hear that, I bet its hard. I hope you are living life happily & to it's fullest too, thats so true, Katelyn did. =) You would be a very brave person too. :)

  • Cystic Fibrosis?

  • Its a genetic disease where cells around the lungs mutate and form mucus and fluid, covering and deteriating the lungs.

  • What a beautiful girl the pictures with her horse are amazing.

  • I just learned that Katelyn passed away. I am sad for her family. I remember the 7th Heaven episode where she and Mackie were riding horses, and was aware of her battle with cystic fibrosis. This is very sad. May she rest in peace.

  • wow I didn't know her I ran across her video looking for another one and I had to watch. I was all teared up. I didn't know her but by the end of the video I felt like I did. She was a very beautiful girl. And you could tell by the photos she loved life to the fullest. That was a very beautiful tribute to her.

  • y she dead tho?

  • I don't know her or her story but she is beautiful and comes accross spiritually like the sun in your heart---just from her photos. I'M NOT EVEN A SPIRITUAL PERSON. Rest in peace Katelyn.

  • omg! she is so beautiful! r.i.p. baby girl

  • I had just learned a few weeks ago that she passed away. ;/ I was randomly thinking about that episode "back in the saddle" I heard the song on tv or the radio & thought of her, wondered how she was doing. A elementary school friend of mine had this same disease, she also struggled with diabetes & hearing loss. Sadly she passed away at 15, so its a personal thing to me. RIP Angel!

  • “God’s finger touched her, and she slept" RIP

  • One way to look at the passing of a loved one, it being a friend, family, or even a pet for that matter, is this: The physical shell is gone, but their souls will live forever in the hearts, mind and our own souls , so they are never truly gone.
