    I use the GATE everyday in all my relationship communication. Say what you mean in an honest constructive way while being sensitive to yourself and the other persons needs. Provide feedback if asked for, in the same manner. It has improved all my relationships both personal and professional. A simple dialog, easy to remember, recall and recite.
