What cocktail arcade cabinet is this?

Hello, I bought this cocktail arcade machine not too long ago and I am having trouble identifying what game it originally was. It has galaga PCB in it but it is definably not a dedicated galaga. I want to know what game it originally was so I can restore it properly, if not they it is becoming a twin cobra :). Also I dont know why the monitor is not turning on. Any help is appreciated. check the monitor neck board. Make sure its connected all the way to the tube.

I tried to push the neck board, but it seemed quite secure. Have any other ideas?

Way too late for it now, but it looks like a Centipede cabinet. One of your tags says "Galaga" but I don't think that it was. Midway used the same cab for most of thier games. But I could be wrong.

check the power cable to the monitor as well as 4 smaller cables that connect to the chassis
