Trust me, the kind of change he is talking about is not the kind you want. His slogan should be "VOTE FOR OBAMA! @iloveyou5414 He talked about being a pot head and doing heroin and crack in his book. Take your own advice and know what you are talking about. He was indeed a pto head, unless he made that up to appeal to "street people." He claimed he was angry at "his mother's race" (the people that raised him as opposed to his father who abandoned him) and got in with "the wrong corwd. He says he smoked a LOT of pot and experimented with many drugs.

I don't understand how anyone can hate his message of working hard at school, doing homework, etc. Isn't that just common sense?
Why was Obama raked over the coals for telling kids to open their books and read more? What if reagan or bush/dick cheney gave the same speech? (Well, if W tried to give a speech like that, maybe it would be hypocritical.)

Who can talk him down here really? Support him or not. Has any other president connected with kids in America like this before? Does it not tune them to how the world works? Who represents their country? Did he not mention responsibility? and inspiration? staying on track, getting homework done? The Governmental role in education? Honestly, was this not a pep talk from the president himself? Are there kids out there who do not, have not ever, needed a pep talk? at some point in school?

How about an entrepreneur Mr. Obama? I didn't hear you throw that one out there. Nice little Mein Kampf story, to, that was touching. Why don't you tell kids they really just need to explore there interests, and there talents? Why don't you tell them not to focus on the material things that people worry about so much, and try to focus on exploring who they really are? Why are we training kids to this regiment, just to coax them all into college, and student loans, as the material corpo consumi?
