I finally worked my way up to doing the complete stack on the lat pulldowns for 10 reps :) ... I feel as though the V grip is easier to do than the standard bar but either way it felt good to see the whole stack moving so easily
Later sets that same session I added a 5 and 10 kg dumbell and got 6 and 3 reps for them
