    Hey, if you're are still having problems with the router blowing chips all over from the exhaust, it's really easy to machine up a block off plate that is spaced .25" away from the bottom of the router, that will divert the air sideways.. take off your collet, measure for shaft clearance for the hole, mill it, attach it, and then thread the collet back on ;)

  • @foam27 I made a design that diverts the air to the side. I just bought some materials so I can make the final version. I'll post the vid when I do. Thanks for your great comments.

  • Thanks for this video. I always wanted to know if those are more reliable than standard switches. Looks like this is the way to go for the precise homing circuit.
