PLEASE READ!!!!
UPDATE: Unless you have had Director status since the first of 2007, you CANNOT upload videos lONGER than 10 MINUTES. This video will help you shrink down large files to that 100 MB limit though.
I also did not notice any loss of video/sound qualty after converting.

  • This video might be a little outdated at this point. With YT now accepting HD uploads, according to their blog, you can upload 1G. What they don't make clear is whether the ten minute limit still stands.

  • I use the windows media player for everything. This guide of yours helped me A LOT. I've always found YouTubes Upload limit a royal pain in the ass,but thanks to your guide i can cut some of the corners to make my video just fit perfectly within the Upload Limit.

    mpeg II. trust me, just 10 minutes ago i had a video that was 3gigs and i did this now its 12 mb without lost audio or video quality!
