  • @sonnyafrica1 i dislocated my shoulder twice in one year. the doctors told me that i needed surgery because the shoulder is very unstgable. Im a body builder and i started my own work out process and now i dont feel any pain. Thou this decision was contrary to the surgeons wishes

  • i've already dislocated my shoulder with a hill-sach/Bankart injury . i am finishing my rehabilitation . But what is next? killer gym?

  • i recently dislocted my shoulder and really upset about it, its much like of being hadicapped, im doomed,

anyway, if you dislocated your shoulder just send me a message, i really want to benefit from your experience, as already worried about it, the internet stories are crazy, you read how many times people re dislocate their shoulderss..

share me the experience, im over

  • You could avoid an operation with physiotherapy. My shoulder is now 99% and pain free.

My surgeon won't operate as he says the shoulder could start dislocating in the opposite direction and could end up with a lot of pain. Im hypermobile and have dislocated my left shoulder about 4 times (took a year to recover last time!).

  • i have recurrent dislocation of my left shoulder i hurt it about 5 years ago i went to a doctor and he says i need 3 pins my shoulder pops out a bit from the back when i lift my arm up and feels weak overall i get pains in the back of my neck the left part my left front delt and my left pec is this a serious operation can i recover 100%
