It's government in all it's forms keeping all of us enslaved, through taxation, through bankrupt programs, through a surveillance / police state out of control... why are you demanding more of that?! @lambofgod661 Thanks! I really appreciate the guys spirit, but this idea that the benefits that will make life better come from the hand of the state through forced taxation is misguided. So the fact that "banks got bailed out, we got sold out" does not mean that we need to be bailed out like the banks. A better attitude would be to allow the banks to fail just like irresponsibility in ones personal life leads to failure. The issue for me is force vs. peace, not who gets the tax money.

@samokaika You seem to imply that if there were not cops, you might start stealing? Have you see that movie "Training Day"? The war on drugs has given rise to a breed of cop that profits from drugs, and has been granted the power to kill at will, at least in the US. Without government to limit freedom, and to point guns at people, there would be no prohibition on drugs. In that type of economy, cartels would become obsolete, there would be no so called 'war on drugs'.

@repfreedomforce No you don't need that you need someone whop is at a higher power to make people think twice about committing a crime.Sure the police aren't perfect but they are a hell of a lot better than having a drug cartel or someone else. And with groups these will come think about how much worse the Columbian drug cartel would be if they we're the top of the power they might think they are but there not.

@samokaika So in other words, you need a strong state with a powerful police and military force to protect you from thugs and terrorists? When has the police personally protected you from thuggery? Contrast that to how often we have seen police commit acts of thuggery against peaceful protestors? Of course there is crime in the world, but to think people can only deal with crime through state power is myopic. Police and military seem to be creating more chaos than peace in the world today.

People would have to hide to survive and if they wanted to they would most likely have to steal or kill to get what they want so they can live trust it wouldn't work out the you think it would

Is that how you'd behave if you didn't have perfect masters to watch over you and tell you right from wrong? In all honesty, I would go on with my life as I always do, peacefully, and responsibly. I don't knock people in the head now to get my way. I use negotiation, and persuasion, and without government I'd behave the same way. I would not do things I'm now forced to do such as pay taxes.
