The Dreamcast emulator lags a bit but i sped it up. It still lags a bit though.
Note: No cheats were used. I don't even know any cheats for this game. I shot using the pistol but i just rapidly pressed the fire+reload button so i don't forget to reload plus it fires like a machine gun. my friend showed me that. :)

about your problem with the psp I would change the case then it sounds like your plastic where it connects is stripped you can get a nice complete case for around 20
