Is Sewer Raceway the same sewer that you destroyed the turrets in, drained for statue of Mar, and the same sewer you escorted Jinx and his men to the statue of Mar in Jak II?

Most likely. The levels in Jak X are remade levels from earlier Jak games (when they're not in Kras City), just fitted for a fastpaced racing game.
And to answer your other question in my other video "what are my favourite cars" it seems I also like Howler 99 in addition to Javelin X.
