thats very true, my dog hates strangers and other dogs, we brought her to a puppy training facility and she was fine till she got out, after that she started going crazy!
shes fine inside the house with the family but as soon as she sees someone outside the window or another dog she goes insane lol.

Not really. You need to make sure you keep your Basenji taken care of, be careful how you go about punishing it or yelling at it, and make sure its around lots of people. Otherwise, they get very defensive, aggresive, and most of the times, aloof.

Basenji's are incredibly clean dogs. They never really smell, they don't really shed, they are very well coated. I wouldn't get one if you are allergic to dogs, but mild allergies, but probably wont bother you as they dont shed like, ever, and are short haired. Just be sure to keep it very well taken care of and open to new people.

Thanks. Dasher loves to run, and his favorite place is this dog park in Dayton Ohio. It was built on a landfill. If it wasn't for garbage, my dog would have no place to run.
