Mix up consonants and vowels so you don't "trip over" yourself. Use combinations of T-K and D-G and Tuh Kuh vs, Tee Kee (Dee -gee), Too-Koo, Tah-Kah, etc. I learned this trick from Alain Marion.

  • Hi Nina - Great video, just wondering do you think that orthodontic plates at the top of the mouth would hinder fast articulation?

  • sunshinemoose: since I have not had plates and am not sure about how they fit, I can't really say, but if they are far enough back from the upper teeth then I would hope they shouldn't interfere too much. Good LUCK!

  • Great Help.

I have a question though, when you triple tongue, do you alternate the pattern, as in

    Tu-ku-tu Ku-tu-ku Tu-ku-tu Ku-tu-ku. etc...

    ? just wondering.

  • I will soon be uploading my discussion of these patterns on my triple tongue video. Stay tuned.
