Federal Land TVC aired in North America and Europe via "The Filipino Channel" or TFC of ABS-CBN, Global. I worked as a produce/director for this TVC.

The real wory for this building should be the structural integrity. When the sales agent told me that this tower has 630 units while the two existing towers have each 300 units and they have the same design; this tells me spaces were maximize over safety of the buyers. Metro Manila has active faultlines. A quick math would tell that load bearing factors were doubled in this tower. I doubt very much if this building can withstand an intensity 7 earthquake. I hope all buyers would be forewarned

Don't trust Federal Land. When they sold units for the first two towers, they told us it's ONLY two towers. Now, a third tower is being built. Federal Land LIED to unit owners of the first and second towers. They can lie to YOU. They are not to be trusted.

Now,, its so clear that this alexbanares is really a violent and very evil person who not only defrauded and scammed unit owners but now injures innocent women who were only assisting excited buyers of Lilac Tower.

Just this early evening alexbanares was arrested by makati police for slapping and injuring 2 hapless sales agents of Federal Land who were requested by excited buyers to accompany them at Lotus Tower to see the Lilac Tower view.. Now we know how evil this person is just to malign the good name and exemplary reputation of Federal Land.

We, the unit owner of orchid tower, had been cheated for buying a good name and good looks, (a big garden) , Because there are no more garden already. Future Lilac tower owner, do the sales agents there are no more garden ?

We are never thankful to Federal Land. In fact, we felt devastated and cheated by the wrongdoings of Federal Land. To prospective buyers, all negative comments here are true. These are our real sentiments. Every angle of their actions depict greed. To Federal Land: please remove your tagline of "KEEPING YOU IN MIND" -- bec you are not. definitely not! YOu do not care about us, your customers. Please ,do not invest at LILAC TOWER and any of their projects

The unit owners have now thanked Federal Land for their caring nature to their unit buyers and most those who had units in Lotus and Orchid towers have bought in Lilac tower as they see how good the project is. They have also condemned certain peolpe who spread lies and malicious intent in the hope of destroying the good name of a multi-awarded developer like Fedral Land.
