Did you know that triceps make up 2/3 of the size of your upper arm?
Therefore if you want impressive arms, good triceps exercises are crucial to achieve your goal. I am showing you only 3 exercises. All you need is your bodyweight and little bit of time.
1. Tricep Dip
2. Alligator Push-Up
3. Side Plank w/Triceps Push - Up
* Do 12-15 reps per exercise
* 3 sets of each exercise
* 60-90 seconds rest between sets
* Perform routine 2 times per week, at least 48 hours rest in between.
