Chicago February 14th 1929. Al Capone finally establishes himself as the city's boss of organised crime. In a north-side garage his hoods, dressed as policemen, surprise and mow down with machine-guns the key members of Bugs Moran's rival gang. The film traces the history of the incident, and the lives affected and in some cases ended by it.

  • 1:01 - 1:18 Nowadays: Woah. What the fuck? That ain't mine.

    That-That's a...cap gun...officer!

    Got off my balls!

Did you plant that? I don't own a gun.

  • Nice Hollywood magazines, lol.

  • the only survivor of this massacre was the dog which was barking for quite a while after the murders occured.

  • sad event even though that the men that were killed were criminals except for Dr. Reinhart Shwimmer which was a dentist which just socialized with gangsters it seems this was nothing more then a brutal mass murder.

  • I read that Bugsy Moran when he was walking to the garage he saw a police car stop in front of it and police officers eenter the garage so he walked the other way, he was lucky because he would have been shot to death. This was the event which I feel made the public turn against Al Capone. even though he was never convicted of this crime or any other of the murders he ordered.

  • I can't believe this trick worked

  • oh no i was wrong i was on the mafia wiki and it said he did it idiots

  • ‎83 years ago today, in the warehouse district of Lincoln Park in Chicago, IL Bugs Moran' s North Irish Side and Al Capone' s South Side Italian Gangs went at it, which became known as the Saint Valentine' s Day Massacre. Ahhh...those were the days! Happy Valentine' s Day everyone!
